Your details, and what we do with them

In short: the enquiry form takes your name, company, work address, platform type and the text of your enquiry, so that we can answer it. We pass none of it to anyone else, and we delete it after twelve months.

In effect from 6 November 2026.

What the form takes

Five fields: name, company, work address, platform type and the text of your enquiry. Nothing else. We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address or documents, there are no hidden fields, and we do not enrich what you send from outside sources.

What we take it for

One purpose: answering you on the substance — clarifying requirements, sending the specification, arranging samples. We do not add you to a mailing list, we send no advertising, and we do not use your details for profiling or automated decisions.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from the date you wrote, after which the enquiry is deleted. If the conversation turns into a supply relationship, the correspondence continues as part of the commercial record, and from that point the period is set by accounting and contractual requirements rather than by this notice.

Who sees it

An enquiry arrives in the owner’s private Telegram chat, and goes nowhere else. We do not sell or pass personal data to third parties, and we hand none of it to advertising networks. Telegram and Railway (the site host) carry the delivery: they operate the channel rather than receive your enquiry as its addressee.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have an inaccuracy corrected, or have your enquiry deleted before the period ends. An email to the address above is enough; we answer within thirty days, and we ask for no proof beyond access to the same address the enquiry came from. The basis is the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act, and the GDPR for enquiries from the EU.

Cookies and analytics

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and load no third-party scripts, which is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask about. The server keeps an ordinary technical request log, without the contents of the form.

If this changes

If we ever start taking more than this, or bring anyone else into handling it, we will change this text and the date above it first. For as long as it says what it says, that is how it works.
